CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 2.00 am. We kindly ask you to inform us if you arrive after 7.00 pm. On the day of departure, please check out of the room by 11.00 am.
DOGS
If you are travelling with your four-legged family member, we ask for your understanding that only a small contingent of rooms is available. Simply send us an request / email and together we will find the best solution for you.
We charge a daily fee of € 15,- for your dog and ask for your cooperation that dogs do not have access to the Johannes Stüberl, Zierben Stüberl and the entire wellness area.
FOOD INTOLERANCES
We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of any food intolerances.
NON-SMOKERS
We are a non-smoking hotel. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.
FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN RECEIVE DISCOUNTS ON BREAKFAST AND HALF BOARD
– Children up to 6th birthday free of charge;
– 50% discount from 6th birthday to 13th birthday.;
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Due to the current situation, which is difficult to assess, we have adjusted and relaxed our cancellation conditions for you. So you can observe the development of the next weeks in peace. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the arrival date will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made late, late arrival, early departure or no-show will be charged as follows:
– 6 to 5 days: 45%
– 4 to 1 day: 75%
In case of no-show, unused room or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged. (the percentage refers to the total price).
Nevertheless, depending on the booking situation, we can find an appealing solution together.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Since fees may be incurred for cancellations depending on the type and time of cancellation, it is advisable to take out low-cost travel cancellation insurance. Senior citizens and families with small children in particular, who may have unpredictable appointments or doctor’s appointments, should consider taking out low-cost travel cancellation insurance.
